Build with us
We welcome hearing from skilled, hard-working people who take pride in their craft and care about the homes and families they build for.
Our culture
A team with a family feel
Building Science is rooted in faith, family, community and Aloha. How we treat our clients, each other and our trade partners matters as much as the work itself.
Pride in the work
We like seeing the results of our work and doing it right, including the details no one else will notice.
Respect on every jobsite
Our jobsites are our clients’ homes. We treat them, and the people in them, with care.
Room to grow
We value people who want to keep learning and building their skills alongside an experienced team.
