Rico Gallardo, Mason Labor Apprentice

I grew up working hard at a young age. My Father always took me to side jobs to teach me the value of hard work and making money.

 

As I grew and learned more about the trades, I was interested to learn more than just concrete. I accepted the opportunity to jump in with Building Science and make construction more than a paycheck but an occupation.

 

Building Science, is providing me the knowledge of different aspects in the construction industry. I am still learning as I go, learning from the role models surrounding me.

 

As the youngest, I endeavor to work the harder than the rest and never fold under the pressure. 

 

I plan to do the best that I can do to better help the company, and in the process help myself.
